Mass change: Barzani has lost its legitimacy as head of province

BAGHDAD / Sky Press: confirmed the mass change of Kurdistan, on Thursday, the regional president Massoud Barzani, has lost its legitimacy since last August and became Ayat Shi of the territory because missing something does not give, as Izzat survival so far in office to consultations and agreements between the blocs, confirmed that the region is going through a constitutional vacuum.
