"
Panthers added that "the Kurdistan region crisis can not be solved, but to hold a bilateral meeting between the region's president, Massoud Barzani and head of the Movement for Change Nushirwan Mustafa," pointing out that "the Islamic Union of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) leaders and Jemaah Islamiyah are required to adopt an initiative for the completion of a bilateral meeting between Barzani and Mustafa" .
