Revealed the parliamentary legal committee member Slim Shawki, Saturday, for reasons prevent the arrest of those responsible wanted to eliminate, called on the government of seeking to Iraq to be part of the International Criminal Tribunal for recoverable wanted.

"The Iraqi diplomatic and international agreements held by Iraq with some countries are capable to arrest wanted men," pointing out that "there is a problem in the event of toppled Iraqi official nationality and only and exotic, it is Iraq will not be able to recover the fugitives to Iraq to the fact that countries do not extradite their nationals."
