The Council of Representatives, on Monday, its the 31 of the first legislative term of the second legislative year, headed by Salim al-Jubouri, and the presence of 200 deputies, as will the meeting to vote on the bills and the second reading of the draft laws and discuss three issues highlighted by the security situation in Diyala province.
A parliamentary source said in an interview to the (long-Presse), "The House of Representatives held today, its the 31 of the first legislative term of the second legislative year, headed by Salim al-Jubouri, and the presence of 200 deputies," noting that "the agenda of the meeting includes a vote on the draft second amendment law Investment Law No. 13 of 2006 ".
The source, who asked not to be named, said: "The session will vote on the draft law amending the Income Tax Law No. (113) for the year 1982, and the second reading of the proposed cancellation of dissolved Revolutionary Command Council Resolution No. (21) for the year 2000, the (proposed annexation of the hospitality institutes Tourism to the Ministry of Education), and the second reading of the draft imports municipal law. "
The source continued that "the meeting includes discussion of the security situation in Diyala province, and the issue of salt water in Basra and discuss the issue of entitlements peasants exchange."
The Presidency of the Council of Representatives of Iraq lifted, on Sunday, (October 18, 2015), 30 of the first legislative term of the second legislative year to the meeting, on Monday, in the meeting witnessed the vote on the two bills and the decision to end and read the three bills.
