announced that the People's Medical Clinics Department for approval of the draft medical clinics specialized center in the province of Kirkuk., Said Director General of the Department Hazem Abdul Razzaq al-Jumaili that this project has been discussed in the Council of the circuit management and ratified by the Minister of Health and Environment. He added that the goal of this project is to provide advanced quality of service and a much higher degree than is available in the primary health care centers to meet moderate wages contribute to the saving of the department additional resources, noting that the theme of operation of the center and linking it to the Department of the People's clinics to work according to law No. (89) for the year 1986 average and we are waiting for a statement version of Before planning and resource development department in the ministry. He stressed that the staffs working at the center includes doctors specialists in key disciplines and sub as needed and provide those terms of reference, is the placement of doctors and health, technical, administrative and service staffs by the Director General of the Department of Health Kirkuk to work in this position and consistently or periodically, according to the need and the minimum required to provide the service. He added that the center offers a number of medical tests such as ultrasound and x-normal ECG and service Nyuelazr as well as surgical micro-operations gynecological operations ear, nose and throat operations of Dermatology and operations minor for the eyes as well as bone fractures and other medical services, including process Circumcision by Alamadmd Alsariologih and a number of tests and public examinations and tests of chemical and confidential screening blood diseases. All of these services provided by the medical center for specialized clinics suitable wages compared with the private sector.
