Barzani: reforms in Iraq are useless are no "radical changes

Counting the security of the Kurdistan Regional Council adviser Barzani happy, that reforms in Iraq is useless unless there be no radical political reforms.
Barzani because he confirmed in a statement on the sidelines of a meeting with British Ambassador Frank Baker, said the problems inside Iraq, its historical roots, stressing at the same time, that the Iraqi factions to suffer a loss of confidence among them.
Barzani said the Iraqi peoples' right to self-determination, and called to be an independent state for the Kurds and that is achieved peacefully and understanding with the people of the region.
