Deputy: the powers will be transferred soon to the provinces and some require law

He suggested Deputy for the National Alliance, the transfer of the powers of a number of ministries to the provinces in the coming days.

She said Alhbabi "There are powers of the study requires that it keep its centrality or conflict with other law or turn to the provinces, so there is a strategy for the transfer of these powers studies," she said, "go a long way to transfer powers".
The provincial Law No. 21 of 2008 amended, "to the transfer of powers from the ministries to the provincial councils" entered into force on the sixth of August.
The law raises a dispute between the two parties [ministries and provinces] to the presence of interference in the powers and how to employ them, with a number of ministries expressed its willingness to transfer its powers to the departments in the provinces and thus embarked on Kozara Youth and Sports Affairs and Labour Alajtmaih.anthy 2
