The Council of Ministers on Sunday, an official holiday in all state institutions

BAGHDAD - Iraq Press - October / October 24: General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers announced the disabled working hours, on Sunday, in all state institutions in the capital Baghdad and the provinces.
It said in a statement on its website, "declares the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers on Sunday 10/25/2015 corresponding to an official holiday in Baghdad and the provinces," without detail configuration.
The Kurdistan region has decided to disable the official working hours on Sunday as well.
The official spokesman for the provincial government Sven Mohsen Dzia in "The tenth of Muharram day of every year is an official holiday in the whole of Iraq, and this year also because of the coincidence holiday on Saturday, the Council of Ministers decided that on Sunday a public holiday in all government institutions in the province.
