BAGHDAD
Parliamentary Finance Committee confirmed Sunday that the Constitution subsequent to the Council of Ministers a new ladder to salaries, noting that the objection is to provisions added to the nominal salary because they need to be amended law.
A member of the committee MP Jabbar al-Abadi for "Sky Press," that "there is an article in the Constitution stipulates that the Cabinet authorizes the amendment of the employees' salaries, so the government's decision to issue him a new constitutional and does not need to be approved by parliament."
