Kurdish lawmaker: 2016 budget will not succeed without the agreement of Baghdad and Erbil

MP from the Kurdistan Alliance said Arafat Karam, said the budget next year, 2016, will not be successful and effective without reaching an agreement between Baghdad and Erbil.
Karam said, in a press interview that "the files to be examined by the Kurdish delegation scheduled to visit Baghdad soon to the oil agreement between the two parties, because it is of the most important problems that have become particularly Targahma We are now in 2016 budget legislation."
He said the delegation will also discuss the region "to support the Peshmerga and salaries", adding that "all discussions related to the success of this agreement. If succeeded the other files will be easier and if it does not work the other files will be stuck."
Karam stressed that "the Kurdish delegation must attend to Baghdad, because the budget is also on Iraq Kurdistan oil and can not be successful and effective without agreement between the parties rely."
"The agreement is in three axes either activate former oil agreement, a new agreement or contract with other items more transparent and clearer, or to be the province of the independence of the oil difficult and this does not serve the Iraqi people."
