The head of the federal judiciary Judge Medhat al-Mahmoud, Sunday, to activate the international conventions and treaties pertaining to cross-border crime.
A statement by the judiciary that the President of the Federal judiciary Judge Medhat al-Mahmoud participated in the workshop and regional ministerial in Morocco to cooperate in the field of international justice under the auspices of the Ministries of Justice and Foreign Affairs of the Americas and the International Institute of Justice and the rule of law, hosted by the city of Rabat with the participation of 14 countries. "
Al-Mahmoud said in a speech during the conference, according to the statement, "The fight against crime requires the diagnosis of cross-border crime, with a statement of its constituent elements."
He added that "there is great importance to give the international media and national radio and television, as well as religious platforms to highlight the possibility of these crimes and their devastating effects on the national and international public opinion."
He called Mahmoud b "the need to make judgments on the perpetrators of crimes and hand over detainees to countries prompted to do so and activating the agreements and treaties concerning cross-border crime and to encourage non-signatories
