{Baghdad: Euphrates News} spokesman of the Ministry of Agriculture Ali Abdul Rahman announced the establishment of procedures; to facilitate the loans granted to farmers process.
He said Abdul Rahman told {Euphrates News} on Sunday, that "this year's action on the granting of loans are very good for farmers, and the biggest to take advantage of loans in various projects that are subject to the controls area, and that fall within the Ministry's projects."
