Hakim calls for Japan to support the Iraq reconstruction of soft loans and liberated regions

The head of the Islamic Supreme Council Ammar al-Hakim, on Sunday, Japan's support to Iraq and be soft loans to its major role in the reconstruction of Iraq and the liberated areas.
