Sharifi: Parties Law will come into force a month from now

BAGHDAD / Sky Press announced by the Board of Commissioners and the official spokesman for the election commission Mekdad Sharifi, Monday, work for political parties law No. (36) for the year 2015 a month from now.
Sharifi said in a statement received "Sky Press," that "the law will come into force after it was published in the Official Gazette number 4383 in the facts 10.12.2015," noting that "the Commission has taken all legal and administrative procedures for the implementation of the paragraphs of the law through the development of regulations and procedures stipulated by the legislator law. "
It is said that House of Representatives voted in its session held on 27 / August / 2015, the majority of its members on the draft political parties law, and claimed the presidency of President Fuad Masum ratification of the said law in the 16 / September / 2015.
