Deputy optical demanded the government and parliament fairly Basra in the budget of 2016

Basra - INA / MP for the province of Basra, beauty Muhammadawi, on Monday, the Council of Ministers called for fairly Basra province in next year's draft budget for 2016, and awarded a full share of the petro-dollar allocations.
He said in a released by his press office statement, and received "official Iraqi News Agency," a copy of it, that "the draft budget draft included a paragraph stating giving the province one dollar for every barrel of oil produced, instead of five dollars," returned that paragraph as "a violation of provincial law No. 21 the rate for the year 2008 ".
He warned Muhammadawi, "of reducing the share of the province of petrodollars in light of the deterioration of the general situation."
Muhammadawi stressed the need that the central government is aware of the consequences of reducing the share of the province of Basra from the petro-dollar especially as it did not benefit since 2003, so far from its oil wealth that feed the state budget each year 90%
