Haitham al-Jubouri: the province of Baghdad, but did not receive 10% of the 2015 budget

The MP said the parliamentary Finance Committee Haitham al-Jubouri, the province of Baghdad, but did not receive 10% of their allocations from the 2015 budget, noting that provincial allocations of the 2016 budget amounted to one trillion and 740 billion dinars, and the share of Baghdad, including 450 billion dinars.
He Jubouri not necessarily reimburse funds as allocated for each institution, but customization is considered legitimate cover of the Exchange, and to be paid in the event of any cash to the state.
The Finance Committee of the House of Representatives announced earlier submitted a draft 2016 budget law to the Council of Ministers, stressing the need to adhere to legal and constitutional Baltoukitat time in approval.
She pointed out that the drafting of the budget was based on slash public spending and combat extravagance and waste in state revenues and diversify sources of national income in the country.
