Parliamentary Finance: we are continuing to pursue Chalabi and other corruption cases in collaboration with the Government

Parliamentary Finance Committee, confirmed on Monday it continues to follow up the files of corruption exposed by the late president Ahmad Chalabi, and other relevant issues, while indicated that they are working to "strictly confidential", revealed the decision of many of the necessary action on those files in cooperation with the Federal Court and the government.
A member of the Commission, Majida al-Tamimi, in an interview to the (long-Presse), "The Commission has been, and continues to work as a team to follow up the files exposed by the late president, Ahmad Chalabi, and other issues that have not announced yet," noting that "the Commission correspondence with many of the banks to keep track of the amounts obtained from the central bank auction and many other things relevant "
Tamimi confirmed, that "the follow-up economic files of corruption will not stop the departure of Chalabi," indicating that "the Commission has taken a number of measures in preparation for submission to eliminate the corrupt".
She said a member of the Parliamentary Finance Committee, that "the Commission has been able to raise the hand of one of the judges concerned private files to money laundering and take the necessary legal procedures against him, in collaboration with the Federal Court, to hide the corruption of files in the resumption of the Rusafa court in collusion with corrupt people in Lebanon," stressing that " Committee do its work confidentially and away from the media. "
Tamimi explained, "The government for its part, was quick to provide help and support of the Commission, when providing evidence of the existence of corruption," pointing out that "a number of measures taken against violators and corrupt."
