Parliamentary Finance: The numbers in the budget is realistic and we will have amendments

BAGHDAD / .. the parliamentary finance committee confirmed, Tuesday, that the figures in the draft budget law for 2016 is realistic and far from reality.
The committee member said Sarhan Ahmad's "Eye Iraq News" that "all budgets where the numbers are unrealistic and are based on expectations shall be its figures far from reality," noting that "the parliamentary financial Badelat will be on the budget in terms of the law of transfers of funds from ministries and other".
And between Ahmad that "the budget deficit dam is through foreign loans and this is what you do when most countries of the world is facing a deficit in their annual budgets."
