Basra: 2016 budget disappointing did not give the rights of the province

BAGHDAD / Sky Press: considered an MP for the province of Basra covenants Fadhli, Wednesday, that the financial budget for 2016 was disappointing given the province of Basra legal right though it's Iraq's economic basket.
Fadhli said in a statement received "Sky Press," that "in spite of claims deputies Basra governorate increased financial allocations being Iraq's economic basket but faces neglect and deterioration and the continued deterioration of health services, plus it has fought three wars."
"The 2016 budget was disappointing and did not ensure that additional allocations for the province, but withheld the original province and legal allocations which $ 5 for a barrel of oil has become 5% for each barrel of oil product."
She noted that "Basra province is still demanding entitlements in 2013 and 2014 and 2015 and estimated at $ 12 billion and we assure that we as deputies of the province of Basra stand with visual and mobility popular citizen it is our duty to claim their legal rights and legitimacy."
The House of Representatives has completed in its, on Tuesday, the first reading of the draft 2016 budget law Baardat estimated at more than 83 trillion dinars, compared to 106 trillion dinars as expenditure against a deficit of 22 trillion dinars.
