Article 1 join the Republic of Iraq to the railway Alhdidatah agreement in the Arab Mashreq and Protocols annexed signed in Beirut on 14 / April / 2005.
Article-2 performs This law from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Reasons:
for the purpose of contributing to the development of the railway work in Gmehorahalarac and facilitate traffic in the Arab Mashreq and to increase cooperation and exchange Altjlra and tourism between the countries of the region and Garzalandmam to international rail agreement in the Arab Mashreq and Protocols annexed by this law was enacted .finish
