Ammendment to the HoR rules

According to the provisions of Article 148 of the Rules of Procedure of the Council, it was decided as follows: -
Second item repealed text of Article 136 of the Rules of Procedure of the House of Representatives and replaced by the following: -
Second / competent Committee read the report on the draft law at least two days after the first reading, and after receipt of the written proposals and then a discussion on it.
Reasons
In order to improve the performance of the House of Representatives and enhance productivity through the effective use of time plenary meeting, and to prevent spurning especially for projects long-laws, and as is the case in a number of parliaments and international best practices, issued this decision.
