Shammari: Baghdad allocations budget in 2016 almost non-existent

MP for the National Coalition Kadhim al-Shammari, Sunday, Baghdad governorate allocations, districts and areas in its 2016 budget as "semi-bad." In a statement, al-Shammari, said that "what happened during the last rainy Seoul and followed incidents in the capital and districts, counties affiliate, gave a clear indication of poor services experienced by those regions, which represent the political and cultural face of the country." Shammari said, that "it is seen as allocations in the budget feel that what has been allocated to Baghdad almost non-existent, at a time when we desperately need it to find the right foundations for the appearance of the capital and its suburbs, and services in the process of witnessing demonstrations weekly in Tahrir Square to demand reforms," explaining that " those customizations semi-bad will give full justification for the community service for not providing something under the pretext of the absence of appropriations. " Shammari called the House of Representatives and the ministers to "rethink radically assignments capital districts, counties and its subsidiaries in the fiscal budget for the year 2016 in line with the political, cultural and commercial significance
