Shammari: calls for the House of Representatives and the ministers to reconsider assignments Baghdad

MP for the National Coalition Kadhim al-Shammari, Sunday, Baghdad governorate allocations, districts and areas in its 2016 budget as "semi-bad", calling on the Council of Ministers and the House of Representatives to reconsider "radical" on the capital budget.
