The governor of Dhi Qar: stop projects in the province because of the fiscal deficit

Said the governor of Dhi Qar Yahia Nasseri, Sunday, that the delay in the implementation of government projects in a way payment on credit due to the differences between the Ministry of Finance and the Central Bank of Iraq about the issuance of bonds, while stressing government projects in the province stopped almost completely as a result of the fiscal deficit.
Nasseri said in a statement received "our economy," a copy of it, that what was issued by the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers and the Ministries of Planning and Finance on the implementation of projects in a way payment on credit, is still in the study and evaluation phase. "
He noted "the existence of a dispute between the Ministry of Finance and the Central Bank on the issuance of bonds for the financing of projects to be implemented in a manner payment on credit."
Nazareth stressed "the importance of coordination between the relevant ministries and the Central Bank of Iraq about the mechanism of financing government projects stalled almost entirely as a result of the fiscal deficit,"
He stressed the urgent need for the province to implement service projects, especially since the number of companies and banks submitted bids for the implementation of projects in a manner to maintain payment on credit.
He added: "The number of government projects currently stalled in Dhi Qar province as a result of the financial crisis, 444 projects spread over 22 sectors Khaddmaa and developmentally.
