The voice of the Iraqi Council of Representatives, on Tuesday, to approve the amendment of Article 26 of the national minorities card law.


A parliamentary source for "light News", "The House of Representatives voted in its meeting today, agreeing to take action to amend the national card law, specifically article 26, and in line with the Constitution and the rights of minorities in the Iraqi society."
The House of Representatives, had voted in (27 October now), a majority on the unified national card law, as commented deputies minority attendance at meetings of the parliament, to protest the enactment of the law, especially in the registration of the child of a minor religion of parents, considering it "and coercion discrimination on the creed." .
