(Independent) ... Iranian Oil Minister Bijan Namdar Zanganeh said on Saturday he did not expect any change in OPEC policy at its next meeting.
And he replied to a question whether OPEC will maintain its strategy during the first fourth of the December meeting by saying, "I do not expect any new agreement."
He said OPEC also need to deal with the return of Iranian oil production in the framework of the current production ceiling.
"OPEC produces more than the ceiling set by the requested FAO to cut production and respect for the roof, but that does not mean not produce more because the return to the market is our right as well as the preservation of our rights and our market share."
The minister was speaking on the sidelines of a meeting of the Forum of Gas Exporting Countries in the Iranian capital Tehran. (End)
