Kurds resent the allocation of 2 trillion dinars popular crowd

Baghdad-Iraq-Presse -23 Charan second / November: The Congress for Altakhalv Kurdistan, on Monday, their dissatisfaction with what they described as not allocated any funds for forces and Kurdish Albeshml within the budget of 2016, which Parliament completed its second reading, on Sunday, in an amount of 2 trillion dinars forces crowd popular.
The MP said the Kurdistan Alliance decision of the Commission on Security and Defense Hakhuan Abdullah, that "the federal budget for fiscal year 2016 Act, devoid of any financial allocations for the Peshmerga forces, at a time devoted to popular mobilization of almost 2 trillion dinars, acted without reference to the Ministry of Defense."
However, Abdullah, saying that "some of the money allocated to the Peshmerga within the Iraqi ground forces within the allocations" returned that "manipulation on the Government of the Territory."
Abdullah explained that "Congress Democratic Party, presented a proposal for the presidency of the parliament includes the allocation of 2 trillion for the Peshmerga forces, similar to the popular crowd, which is enough to fill 100 to 150 000 salaries of the Peshmerga fighter" .anthy (1)
