If you look on the arabic side.. the rates are still the same.. and they had 2 auctions today!

fire drills are good! lol

It is still most interesting that they are showing a different rate.  Just because they didn't change their internal buy/sell doesn't mean anything about the external forex rates. That would be what is showing on the rates of exchange. Still HUGE news if you ask me!
