Planning is seeking to persuade the Kirkuk and Mosul to conduct the census during the current year

The Ministry of Planning to put an initiative which calls on all parties on the dialogue seriously about the census year, during the current year.
Ministry spokesman Abdul-Zahra al-Hindawi said they would launch an initiative to invite the various parties to conduct census of whether or not the aim of reaching a compromise formula to emerge from the process of conducting the census, which will support the economic reality and development.
Hindawi said that the planning will emphasize the various parties, especially in the provinces of Nineveh, Kirkuk and the lack of a census this year will contribute to block economic development projects.
Hindawi said that the talk about the success of five-year plan is not possible at the present time because the plan works on the old database must be a census to update the database.
