Shwani: Talabani’s draft law is key part of Article 140 Impl.

The Iraqi Parliament , received on Monday , the draft law of president Jalal Talabani on re- demarcation of Iraqi provinces administrative borders.
Lawmaker from the Kurdistan Alliance Bloc and the Chairman of the Legal Committee in the Iraqi Parliament Khalid Shwani told PUKmedia, that President Talabani’s draft law includes the cancellation of the decisions and laws issued by the former Baath regime which deformed administrative borders between Iraq provinces.
Shwani , stressed that the President’s draft law is a legal and a constitutional step to resolve the Separated Areas issue including Kirkuk .
President Talabani draft law is an effective and a major part of the normalization phase of Article 140 of the Iraqi Constitution, Shwani said.
