"calling on all companies to cooperate with the Iraqi Institute of Directors because it contributes to the acquisition of more investment opportunities.
"The World Bank is supportive of such projects because it wants to have a solid financial system in Iraq so that the latter can repay the debts it has committed," Saad said.
"The institute will pay great attention to the private sector but will keep its doors open to the government sector."
He pointed out that "the target of all companies operating in Iraq, whether financial or commercial, industrial or health," pointing out that
"the assessment obtained by companies from the Institute is important at the investment level for each company."
"The difference between e-governance and e-government is that the latter means electronic applications in the state administration.
The first is the systems that govern these applications, measure them, and publish their reports so that the institutions concerned can achieve the desired success," she said.
As for the delay of Iraq more than 25 years in the application of the concepts of governance, Saad believes that "because of the delay in Iraq in the application of electronic applications, in addition to the confusing situation experienced by Iraq in previous years."
