She told Alzerkane all of Iraq [where] Sunday, "We deputies of the Council of Basra are watching the issue of the amounts allocated to the petrodollar, and therefore if we notice that there is no application to this topic or budget starts around Basra, we will make the governor of Basra behind Abdul Samad urges the government to make the Basra province as long as the positions until now fruitless towards identifying the budget. " The draft [petro] to allocate one dollar to the provinces producing oil for every barrel of oil produced in the fields, and the allocation of the dollars for each barrel of crude oil refined in refineries, in addition to one dollar for use of every 150 cubic meters of natural gas, as well as the allocation of [5]% of the total revenue from the border crossing points [land, air and seaports. The House of Representatives passed its last session, for the provinces to two dollars for every barrel of oil extracted or refined in those provinces.
