Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi stressed that the white paper is a strategy for a modern, prosperous Iraq.
Al-Kazemi said in a tweet to him, which was followed by / Mawazine News /, "Today we launched the signal to start the administrative and executive mechanisms of the reformist "white paper."
He added, "We promised that reform would be Iraq's road map for the next stages, and we ran away from our promise despite the challenges," noting that
