Tamimi indicated that the budget was calculated on the basis of price of barrel of oil (85) card export dollars up to two million, and (600) thousand barrels per day of oil, including the Kurdistan region (170) thousand barrels a day. "
"There were expenses of the ministries are as follows:
1. Defense and Interior / 17 trillion.
2. Education / 11 trillion.
3. Energy (electricity and oil) / 20 trillion.
4. Health and Environment / 5 trillion.
5. Social services Social Affairs / 10 trillion.
6. Water, sewage and sanitation / 3 trillion.
7. Transport and Communications / 1 trillion.
8. The agricultural sector / 2 trillion.
9. The industrial sector / trillion.
10. Construction and Housing / trillion.
11. Altagafh and youth clubs and associations / 2 trillion.
12. Departments of central and local public intended by the provincial councils and local councils / 12 trillion.
11. Aldolegu external debt obligations / 9 trillion.
