member of the board declared the province of Babylon for the completion of the final designs of the holy shrines in the province. A member of the Council of Babel Aqeel Silawi that "the shrines Okmt all designs and plans for the ages of the shrine of the upper honest girl of Imam Hassan (AS) and building complexes health workers in the shrine of Imam Qasim (AS)." Noting that the holy shrines in Babylon need to train and work to overcome obstacles to development of holy shrines in the province.
