Independent/- An official source at the International Smart Card Company “K” explained the citizen’s acceptance of electronic payment, due to the ease he felt in obtaining financial services through electronic payment products.
The source said:
Government support and the directives of the Central Bank of Iraq have had a positive impact on the development of electronic payment methods, as well as advanced products that have come to meet the needs of citizens, all of which have been raised in a direction that changes the culture of financial transactions in the local market. He added that
the company realizes the importance of enhancing electronic financial products within the Iraqi market, as the company's team works to continuously develop new products, especially those that meet the desires of various segments of society.
It is noteworthy that the International Smart Card Company “K” is considered the pioneer in the field of electronic payment in Iraq and the first to put the first touches on it.
