A twinning agreement brought together the Baghdad Chamber of Commerce with the Amman Chamber of Commerce, with the aim of enhancing joint economic cooperation for the private sector between the two countries,
in light of the presence of a large volume of cooperation that the two parties seek to advance to broader extents that benefit the two brotherly countries, at a time when an economic expert welcomed the twinning agreement with the Kingdom of Jordan.
The Hashemites described it as acceptable, and we need similar agreements with other countries that have a qualitative work effort. The head of the Baghdad Chamber of Commerce, Firas Rasul Al-Hamdani, said:

In turn, the President of the Amman Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Khalil Al-Hajj Tawfiq, described the twinning agreement as important in light of the existence of economic memorandums of understanding between the two countries, and that
an action plan would emerge from this twinning that would help achieve serious cooperation between the two countries.
Hajj Tawfiq pointed out the keenness of Jordanian companies to be present within the Iraqi labor market and to have fruitful partnerships with the Iraqi private sector within the Iraqi labor market, which has become the most important markets in the region and the world.
The meeting was attended by the Vice President of the Baghdad Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Raad Al Bureij, the Vice Presidents of the Amman Chamber of Commerce, Nabil Al Khatib and Bahjat Hamdan, and the Secretary, Muhammad Tahboub.
