The Council of Representatives, Thursday, its ninth of the second semester of the year the second legislative headed by Osama Najafi, and the presence of 247 parliamentarians, while the parliamentary source that the meeting will vote on 14 draft laws most notably the Federal Court Act, and the first reading of the budget bill for 2012. The source said in an interview for "Alsumaria News", "House of Representatives held, this afternoon, its ninth of the second semester of the year the second legislative headed by Osama Najafi, and the presence of 247 parliamentarians," asserting that "the meeting will vote on the law of the Iraqi National Monitoring to prevent the spread of weapons of mass destruction, and the law of arms, and vote on the bill the second amendment to the Law on the Ministry of Water Resources No. (50) for the year 2008 and vote on the draft law on accession of the Republic of Iraq to the Convention of the Organization of the Islamic Conference on Combating International Terrorism. "
The source, who asked not to be named, said "The session will also vote on the draft law of accession of the Republic of Iraq to the International Convention for the Suppression of Acts of Nuclear Terrorism and the vote on the draft law of accession of the Republic of Iraq to the International Convention for the Suppression of the Financing of Terrorism and vote on the bill decorations and medals and vote on the bill ratification of the Framework Agreement on trade preferences between the Member States of the Organization of Islamic Conference ".
The source continued that "the meeting will also vote on the proposed law on the First Amendment to the Law of the University Service No. (23) for the year 2008, the draft law of the Federal Court and the draft Law on the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities and the decision of the House of Representatives on the implementation of accountability and justice law and vote on the House resolution on the implementation of the Law Council Federal service and vote on the discriminatory judges responsible for hearing appeals on decisions of the accountability and justice, as well as the first reading of the bill the federal budget for fiscal year 2012. " The Legal Committee in the Iraqi Council of Representatives announced, on Wednesday, (14 December, the current) for the delay the display of the Federal Court Act for a vote at today's meeting Thursday, the parliament of the incompatibility of the political blocs, noting that some parties submitted a proposal to increase the number and powers of the scholars of Islamic law in the court which prevented consensus on it.
