Baghdad {: News} Euphrates prime minister stressed that the security forces took over the security file and the full sovereignty of Iraq began a new Iraqi state and the basis of joint action to protect them.
Nuri al-Maliki said in his speech during a health conference Wednesday, said "the trends are focused strongly towards the construction and reconstruction and investment marred by war."
Al-Maliki added, "We have come a long way to live up to reality of Iraq and we had a communication and we have visits to several countries including Japan, China, Korea and the United States and others to activate the bilateral agreements we have made great achievements in, the improvement in the reality of oil, electricity and a lot of infrastructure, as well as exchanges and commercial use of key services, and we went by education, science, health and others.
