Emphasizes the need for economic investment in the tourism sector

Leading to increased production GDP of these countries, noting that Iraq could be a competitor to these countries Kalmoaqa tourist and archaeological sites, religious, and continued Ugaili: that the activation of this sector and promote it depends on the development of programs and plans of minutes is through investment by facilitating the entry of foreign companies, the global and specialized in this field in order to create the tourism sector to receive tourists from different countries of the world.
He pointed out that Iraq is characterized by biodiversity in terms of climate, terrain, and this gives an incentive to attract many tourists in the world, bringing to Iraq yield significant economic, adding that the government did not focus on the tourism sector through its support and its activation in spite of his great influence in the Iraqi economy.
The Ugaili: that Iraq had used the components of this sector and invested the right way to become the tourism sector in Iraq compete with the oil sector through imports yearly as a result enjoyed by Iraq of the holy sites Kalasalamah, Christianity and Judaism, as well as archaeological sites and tourism in the country.
Earlier, he called the decision of the Tourism Committee of the Parliamentary Ahmed Abbasi, the need to amend the investment law of the Tourism Authority and the development of a new mechanism to encourage foreign investors to invest tourist resorts.
The Abbasid according to the agency Newsletter news: Although the government seeks to develop plans to invest tourist resorts in Baghdad but it needs to amend the law on tourism investment of the Tourism Authority in order to attract foreign investors to the fact that Iraq alone is unable to promote this sector.
The Abbasid must be a new mechanism for the investment law tourism away from the complexities and to be more flexible to achieve the tourism developed in the country.
It is noteworthy that the Tourism Authority attributed the cause of decline in investment tourist resorts in Baghdad and to the desire of investors to gain rapid Kalmullac, hypermarkets that Iraq consuming countries, pointing out that many of the resorts in Baghdad need to invest, including the lake and the city of Jadiriyah weddings and there are four facilities in the tourist island.
