confirmed the mass of the rule of law in the Diyala province yesterday to postpone the joint meeting between the Prime Minister and members of management and the Provincial Council until further notice because of the continuing absence of members of the Council, stressing that the meeting if a contract for a large part contributed to solving the problems of preservation of the Interior. The head of the bloc in the Council of Diyala Issam Shaker in a press statement that "absent a large part of members of the local administration and the provincial council for the exercise of their official for eight consecutive days wasted a valuable opportunity to hold an expanded meeting with Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki yesterday, was supposed to address the debate extensive of all the outstanding issues in the province and ways to find effective solutions to them. "
He added that "the meeting has been postponed until further notice," stressing that "if held at the timing specified for the shares in solving a large part of the problems of Diyala, Interior, especially with regard to services and powers and to achieve the coordination higher among the local government and service ministries. "
