His Excellency President Jalal Talabani in Sulaimaniya, Dr. Iyad Allawi, head of the Iraqi Secretary General of the National Accord Movement and the delegation accompanying him. And in the meeting which was attended by Dr. Barham Ahmed Saleh, President of the Kurdistan Regional Government discussed the issues being experienced by the country at the present time .. Where President Talabani need to resort to dialogue to resolve political problems and sensitive issues and prevent the escalation of the situation and aggravation in this circumstance .. And efforts to calm the situation and save the country from crises and tragedies.
