The sources said that al-Maliki will go to the "Supreme Judicial Council" to issue a court order a new can from which the prime minister sacked his cabinet without reference to parliament, pointing out that "the Supreme Judicial Council has previously issued decisions enabled Maliki to control many of the agencies and independent institutions, as well as decisions delegated prime minister to take binding decisions not constitutionally ex officio taken not for the Judicial Council. "
Maliki has taken the decision to sack his deputy, Saleh al-Mutlaq, as well as its intention to dismiss ministers of "Iraq" who are committed to the decision bloc boycotting the meetings of the Council of Ministers .
