Erbil, January 4 (PNA) - A member of the House of Representatives for current Liberal faith-Moussawi, said Tuesday, the budget law for 2012 has been postponed to Saturday due to time constraints, noting that the law will be discussed if the required quorum was the absence of the Iraqi List .
