Kurdistan: Parliament decided to prevent the entry of al-Asadi of the chamber unless an apology

Erbil Jan. 3 (PNA) - Male MP from Kurdistan Alliance bloc Chuan Taha, Tuesday, that the presidency of the House of Representatives condemned the statements of MP for the coalition of state law, Hussein al-Asadi on President Jalal Talabani and decided to prevent him from entering the Council Chamber unless an apology.
This comes after deputies pulled the Kurds of the meeting held today because of the refusal to apologize for what Badr al-Asadi of his statement about the president, but the intervention of MPs from other blocks led to the alleviation of the matter and the return of Kurds to the House of Representatives and Proceedings of the meeting.
Taha said in a statement to Biamunir news agency that "the heads of political blocs condemned in a statement read out to them in today's session Asadi's comments, also was ordered barred from entering the hall of the House of Representatives only after the submission of a formal apology in this regard."
The MP for the coalition of state law, Hussein al-Asadi said on Sunday that "President Jalal Talabani is subject to the provisions of Article IV / B of the anti-terrorism law for harboring Vice President Tareq al-Hashemi," explaining that to cover up the latter was a "violation of" constitutionally and legally explicit to eliminate.
Article IV / B anti-terrorism law, governs life in prison any diagnosed prove harboring those accused of terrorism.
After that, the Kurdish Alliance response by saying that President Jalal Talabani has proven to preserve the unity of Iraq and the constitution, calling for a coalition of state law to put an end to his deputy Hossein Asadi, what was seen as a Vice President Tareq al-Hashemi in the Kurdistan Region is a special case.

Asadi is not a statement against the first Vice-President of the Republic where the accused in 29/7/2011 Panthalk Constitution, stressing that the state law would file a lawsuit against the President for refusing to ratify the death sentences against former regime Sultan Hashem and Hussein Rashid, pointing out that among the issues that will be because of removal of the President of the Court after being convicted of federal perjury and violation of constitutional Constitution.
We have al-Hashemi and issued an arrest warrant on charges of "terrorism", in the Kurdistan region of Iraq, after being offered to the Iraqi Interior Ministry, in the confessions of some of 19/12/2011 Hamayate on their acts of violence on his orders, as confirmed by President Jalal Talabani, his vice president, hospitality and will be located before the courts at any time, anywhere.
