Saad: speed up the passage of oil and gas law will join the mechanism to resolve all disputes, between the government and local governments

BAGHDAD (Iba ).... said Attorney Susan Saad, a member of the National Alliance and a member of the Commission on oil, energy and natural resources in the House of Representatives to quickly pass the law of oil and gas will join the appropriate mechanism to resolve all the legal problems between the central government and local governments.
Said Saad MP for the province of Basra in a statement today that the lack of prior coordination between the Oil Ministry and related departments of local communities in the provinces was due to the absence of a law draws the right steps to agreements with specialized international companies, causing a form of legal and administrative how to contract and the competent authority in that.
Saad confirmed that the Act should be initiated as soon as possible and approved by the House, otherwise there will be many future problems experienced by the oil ministry, as well as local Aladarah in each province.
