Transferring the management of the ration card to the provinces soon

Ministry of Trade confirmed that the lack of financial allocations dissipate the ministry's plan to improve the mechanisms for the procurement and import of the ration card items, as revealed the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers that the next term will see the action transfer the management of the ration card to a number of provinces.
