Maliki said that "the central government diagnosed with some observations that you need the provinces with regard to increasing allocations and transfer projects that cost less than $ 10 million and we hope to be ratified by the parliament."
Maliki has called for conservatives to "contribute to increase the effectiveness of institutions in the province that qualify for contracts properly and give the number of grades of rare competence, in order to maintain the development of institutions to be able to conduct its affairs and management of contracts in different areas."
