Iraq's sixth-largest oil supplier to China

Customs data showed that Iraq had become China's last year's sixth-largest oil supplier to China after Russia, Angola, Iran, Saudi Arabia and Sudan.
According to the data, said China's imports of Iraqi oil have increased by nearly a quarter last year to up to 275 thousand barrels per day, thanks in part to Chinese companies to participate in several projects for the oil fields in Iraq.
China is the second largest buyer of crude in the world after the United States.
