The general manager of Hamorabi General Contracting construction / one of the formations and the Ministry of Construction and Housing, Ali Abdul Wahid Lahej "that the mechanisms are the main focus of the implementation of projects and we have no powers for the import of machinery and we are a company self-financing" in a press conference attended by (citizen) in the company's headquarters, saying " "The company is specialized work of roads and bridges and has a potential wide range of advanced machinery and plants, and cadres of engineering able to complete all projects that the charge of the company efficiently." He continued to Lahej "This year will see the provision of mechanisms and sophisticated equipment, particularly since the company started the establishment of a draft Highway between Baghdad and Kirkuk after being referred sections of this road to the company "is continuing to earthworks (and Alhso Akhabt) asphalt coverings and work of the section (0-47) km to the section (90-130) on the right side of the road.
The Lahej "that the most important problems facing the company are the quantities (pitch)," describing them as inadequate to meet the needs of Iraq and do not represent only 40% of the needs of the company noting that these quantities do not comply with the specifications and hinder our work significantly. Indicating that the company had approached the Ministry of Oil to import material from the tar out of Iraq and which requires approvals by the Secretariat of the Council of Ministers for the import of such article.
The Lahej: "To The mechanisms are the main focus of the implementation of projects and we have no authority to import mechanisms being a company self-financing" and we have a lot of projects that are completed, including through (through O Hussein) between the holy city of Najaf, Karbala and Highway between Baghdad - Kirkuk, in addition to road suit - Kish.
Pointing out that such projects need to integrated fleet to move all the needs and requirements that contribute to the completion of these projects and the constraints that we have, noting that we approached the Ministry of Industry and Trade Ministry for the purpose of access to such mechanisms.
Lahej explained that the company had imported the asphalt factory capacity of 200 tons per hour and will be ready to work during the next two months as the contract has been signed with one of the Korean companies to Ttaghizna this laboratory indicating that the company has Bmanih lab since sent engineers specialists for the purpose of disclosure of the plant and its conformity with the specifications required, and this would contribute greatly in resolving the crisis of asphalt material that we have in Iraq.
The pilgrimage is not that the company is serious if given the opportunity to become one of the world because of its cadres, the company specialized engineering and the potential for immense material is supported by the Minister of Construction and Housing.
